Character Name:Sollux Captor
Appearance: Basically your typical nerd; gangly with glasses. He's of mixed race (Puerto Rican and white) and has a olive skin tone to match his darker brown hair. Because of the time he spends indoors and on the computer, he's not very fit. He's skinny sure, but without an ounce of muscle on him. His hair is usually a bit of a mess as looks don't matter to him very much. The only really noteable thing about him is that he's missing one eye. Due to a malicous prank gone wrong, he lost his left eye and now has Glaucoma in the remaining one. He also has chipped teeth.
Age: 15
Personality: Sollux Captor is a ball of contradictions on a good day. He's moody, prone to frequent shifts from manically happy to get out of my face mad. These shifts generally happen without warning or any sort of trigger. He also tends to change his mind about things and people, with the exception being the few people he chooses to be friends with. Sollux also tends to think very little of himself. He frequently beats himself up for small mistakes and destipe being smart enough to know he's a genius he's prone to saying he's a horrible programmer. He's not only mean to himself though. His remarks to others can be scarcastic or outright insulting at times.
This is probably because he doesn't really like people all that much. He prefer being alone or talking online to interacting with real live people. Mainly because he has little tolerance for what he consider idiots or immature people and there tend to be a lot of them in the world. He also might be a little bit shy but he'd never admit that. Socially awkward is just normal for him.
While he values maturity and intelligence, he has rare moments of acting like a stupid teenager himself. One of which he and Karkat vowed to keep between themselves. He has a bit of thing for doomsday stuff and the general paranormal. He often jokes about how his lost of an eye and the issues with vision in his remaining eye are both because he's a prophet and all good prophets go blind. He's surpisingly chill about things related to death and even his own lost eye.
Biography: Sollux Captor was raised by his uncle, after a judge deemed his parents unfit. While he was sheltered from the knowledge that both were involved in drugs, he later found out thanks to the power of the internet. But besides that unpleasant revalation, his childhood was far from bad. His uncle was on the upper end of middle class and the two lived in a nice house right outside downtown Miami. Sollux never really wanted for anything and while he often thought his uncle was a bit stupid, he did love him.
In grades school, Sollux found out that he wasn't like other childern. It wasn't that they most were idiots like he'd orginally thought, he was simply smarter than them. Subjects other childern struggled with came easy to him, especially when it came to math. English was less interesting, except when it came to apocolytic or doomsday stories. Shoved into higher grades, he flourished and started to develop an interest in programming and technology. And along the way he also met another kid with similar interest. Except Karkat was a little challenged in the coding department.
They took online courses on programming together, using w3 schools and the like to improve their skills. Sollux caught on fast. Programming was like a second nature to him. Algorethms and functions came easy to him and he always just knew exactly what to type next. A coding genius they all said. So like any talented teenager, he showcased his skills for money and for fun. First, Sollux set up a small paranormal/conspiracy theory website on a server of his own making. It was an easy way to test his skills at maintaining a server and a way to indugle his paranormal side. Then he started a company, using his uncle to incorpate it, that would tutor would be programmers and provide services like codes for websites and help with errored codes. He made a decent amount of money off the venture but spent most of it being nicer laptops or gaming consoles. His uncle never quite understood that Sollux was serious about that kind of stuff but never really cared enough to question where his money came from. He was just happy that Sollux was.
Usually Sollux's uncle spent his time bee-keeping and occasionally Sollux helped him out. It was normal for them but a few of the neighborhoodboys found it strange. Enough so that they felt the need to mess with Sollu'x uncle. So one night, they crept into the back of Sollux's yard and started to smash some of the hives. Sollux and his uncle heard the noise and quickly donned bee-keeping suits to stop the boys and fix the damage. Unfortunately for Sollux, one of the escaping boys panicked with Sollux grabbed him and slammed Sollux's face into a metal fence. One emgercy room visit later and Sollux was down an eye.
After that incident, niether Sollux or his father really felt safe in thier neighborhood. Yet moving meant leaving Sollux's one best friend behind and going somewhere where he knew no one. His uncle didn't feel that would be the best idea after such a traumatic event. The solution to this problem came when Sollux heard news of Karkat moving to New York.
Now living in NYC, he attends the same highschool as his best friend.

Paragraph Sample: Her first night at Dexter’s and she was nervous. Everything about America was just so new and different from Germany, from the people to the food. Especially the food, Adelheid thought as she remembered the hotdog thing she’d picked up inbetween flights with Liang. It had looked like a bratwurst but had tasted far different, more greasy and outright meaty instead of spiced. At the time she’d thought it delicious if likely unhealthy but now it made her stomach turn with more than nervousness. Hopefully she wouldn’t get sick, though her Lycan side should be dealing with the food just fine. Maybe it was just all in her head? Adelheid didn’t know at the moment because her head was a muddled mess of things she needed to do, wanted to do, and probably wouldn’t accomplish. There were just so many people to meet and greet, so many new names to learn, and what if they all ended up hating her? From what she’d heard, the old Streak had not been very traditional and she intended to change that. It might not make her everyone’s favorite person however.
She’d have to get used to that though. Liang could be considered a great aid when it came to her slowly thickening skin, considering the comments he tended to make. Like the one he he’d just made. “You only care for what my sister does.” She said it off handedly, teasing but with a little more bite than usual. It was just her nervousness talking because while in the beginning, she had considered her bodyguard just one of her sister’s pawns but now, Liang was a dear friend. An odd friend but her closest yet. Just in case he thought she was mad, Adelheid flung the discarded shirt in his direction with a soft laugh. For whatever reason she wasn’t bothered by the fact she was topless in the same room as her childhood friend and she figured it had something to do with the fact that it was very hard to imagine Liang and sex in the same sentence. Maybe, just maybe it also had something to do with the fact he was cute.
But she was day dreaming again. Focus, focus she reminded herself and reached for the other shirt. It was purple, not one of her favorite colors but it went well with her contacts and Liang tended to have an eye for this sort of thing. “Bossy for a bodyguard. But you haven’t been wrong about this sort of thing yet.” Adelheid’s voice was muffled slightly as she pulled the shirt over her head and moved closer the mirror, but the amusement was clear. Her reflection told her that Liang had been right about the top though, it was much more flattering than the first and making a half turn in the mirror, she was quite satisfied with herself. “Think I’ll make a good impression tonight?”
Other: He can speak and understand Spanish, though he has trouble writing or reading it well. He's iffy on the grammar.

I'm a little confused by the fact that you're playing him with his blind appearance, but you're using his regular quirk. Shouldn't he be using his blind quirk in that case?
But, accepted.
