Fights are to be expected in this roleplay -- either between The Felt and Midnight Crew, or between the magica and any of the gangs. Here are some things to keep in mind.
- Don't be lame and god-mode or power-play. Just be reasonable about things.
- You can dodge an opponents attack/weapon two times in a row before you have to be hit. Your character is not some super-agile being who never gets hit.
- You can pre-decide fights, or you can choose not to. Either way is fine, just make sure that the winner of the fight makes some sense!
- Characters all win some and lose some -- especially the magica. They will just be getting used to their powers and battling, so do not make them perfect.
- Don't kill another players character! If they give you permission to and it's been pre-decided; go ahead. But otherwise, stay away from doing so.
- Be logical in your attacks and how much damage your character takes.
- Only do a few moves per "turn" -- realistically, your character can only do so so many successive moves. You also need to give the other characters a chance to strike back.
